Blizzard usually gets their aesthetics right. Fans of diablo community were expecting a teaser or news for Diablo 4, but Nintendo Switch with exclusive in game bonuses and interactive multiplayer gameplay will do for now. Considering it hasnt been released yet heres hoping that theyll patch it in later. It has been a long road since diablo 3 released back in 2012. Up to 4 players can play wireless together on 4 different Switch consoles in absence of internet connection. On a single Switch console, up to 4 players can play together. The Nintendo Switch version offers several ways to play multiplayer. So much that it received a console version when PlayStation 4 and Xbox One was launched. The game received a lot of praise from Diablo community. We felt the controllers were a superior method of controlling the gameĭiablo 3 initially launched on PC back in 2012. We support everything except for touch at this point… we did some experiments with touch and we didn’t think there was enough compelling reasons to use it in the current state.
Nintendo Switch version of Diablo 3 will not utilize touch controls. Blizzard confirmed that Diablo 3 will run 960p 60fps when docked and 720p when handheld. Blizzard remain silent on any disclosure of launch date of Diablo 3 Nintendo Switch version.
